I do quite a bit of hiking and am looking for a wipe to remove the oils from poison oak without having to use water. Are the Tecnu or Tecnu Extreme single use packets a cream that requires rinsing off after application? Or are they like an alcohol wipe to remove the oils from the plant and do not need to be rinsed with water after applying?

Cleanser can be used without water. Shake the bottle well, wipe
the product on the area where you need to remove urushiol, and then
wipe off with a cloth.
