Grindelia robusta in Tecnu Extreme and Tecnu Rash Relief will soothe contact dermatitis caused by various sources. While it hasn't been tested specifically on other plant irritants, it makes sense to wash them off the skin as soon as possible with some kind of cleanser to reduce the chance of irritation, so it might as well be Tecnu Extreme.
