Return/Refund Policy
Tec Labs proudly stands behind our quality products. We offer the following return policy:

• Request for return must be made within one year of purchase.
• Send back unused portion of the product along with your receipt to: Tec Labs, 7100 Tec Labs Way SW, Albany, OR 97321.
• In order for Tec Labs to pay for your return postage, print out and use our prepaid return shipping label to send back via USPS (see PDF).
• You will be refunded 100% of the retail price less shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy
Orders are pulled throughout the day Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, and our goal is to ship within 24 hours of receipt of order. If you would like to cancel your order, please call 1-800-482-4464 x 0 and request to have your order cancelled within one hour of purchase. If you have placed your order over the weekend, leave a message in the mailbox for Monday morning with a callback phone number in case we have questions.

Delivery/Shipping Policy
Tec Laboratories products are available for purchase within the United States and its territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands only. A physical shipping address must be included with your order, no PO Boxes.
